"Bulk order was bit frustrating"
I placed a bulk order the whole process felt a little messy and slow. I had to follow up more times than I expected just to get the updates. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it didn’t feel very smooth either. I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to place the another order soon.

Their design team helped tidy up my logo and made sure everything looked good before it went to print. They were quick to reply too, which made the whole process really easy. I’m really happy with how it all turned out

"Really happy with how everything turned out"
I ordered a few items from Positive Promotions for our office event, they came out better than I expected. The printing looked sharp, the colors were nice, and the products didn’t feel cheap at all. Everyone seemed to like them, and a couple people even asked where we got them, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely order again next time we need giveaways. No complaints here.

"Looked good at first, but didn’t really hold up"
I ordered some promo bags and water bottles for a school event, they looked nice when they first showed up. Shipping was totally fine too, so at that point I was feeling like it was probably a decent choice.

After they got used a few times, though, the print on some of the bottles started rubbing off, and a couple of the bags had stitching coming loose. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but for the price, I kind of expected them to hold up better.

Customer service was polite when I reached out, so I’ll give them that. I’d say these might be okay if you only need them for a one-day thing, but I’m not sure I’d count on them lasting much longer than that.

"The promos are mostly on point"
I signed up for Positive Promotions emails and, for the most part, they actually send stuff that makes sense for me, like school items and staff appreciation things. Not every email is a winner, obviously, and yes, there are times when I see another one come in and I’m just calmly pretending I’m not mildly annoyed. But they’re not totally random, and I have found a few deals I probably would’ve missed otherwise. Overall, good.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I was mostly just paying attention to how long shipping would take, and it ended up getting here way quicker than I expected. Everything looked fine when it arrived, so no complaints from me.

I found a good range of products here and was able to pick up a few useful things for our event. That said, some of the categories felt a little limited, and a few items had a slightly outdated look. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I did leave wishing there were more options to choose from. I felt satisfied enough, but not fully excited by the selection.

"Quick delivery, just keep an eye on tracking"
We ordered a few things for an office event and the shipping ended up being faster than I expected, which was a huge relief since we were cutting it close. The box showed up in plenty of time and everything worked out fine. My only small issue was that the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, so I was a little unsure where the package was for a bit. If you’re ordering for an event or deadline, I’d say go for it, but maybe place the order a little early just for peace of mind. Overall, a good experience.

"Didn’t really feel worth the price"
I ordered a few promo items, and they turned out fine overall. Not amazing, not bad, just okay. I was hoping they’d feel a little more polished for what I paid.

The price was already kind of high, and then shipping and extra fees made it feel worse. I mean, I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere. It’s not that I hated the order, I just wouldn’t say it felt like a great value.

Not gonna lie, the communication was slow and unclear. I found myself waiting longer than expected for updates, and when I did hear back, things weren’t always explained very well.

"Easy to use overall"
I had a smooth time using the website . It was easy to find what I was looking for , and the search and categories were clear enough . Checkout was simple too . A couple of pages took a little longer to load on my end , but it wasn’t a big deal . Overall , I had a good experience and would use it again

"Not Coming Back"
Bottom line: I’m not coming back. I decided to give this place another shot and ordered again, but the same issues happened all over again. Really disappointing, especially when you’re hoping things will be better the next time.

"Returning was a hassle"
Ordered a few things and some weren’t what I expected. Returning them turned into too much back-and-forth, and it didn’t get sorted quickly. Support did answer, but I kept having to repeat myself. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had to

We ordered these as giveaway items for a staff event. I was mostly watching how people reacted when they saw them, they didn’t get much attention. The quality seemed fine enough, but the designs looked a little dated, and most of our group just didn’t seem very excited about them. Not terrible by any means, just not really a hit for us.

"My order showed up with the wrong…"
My order showed up with the wrong items, and the quantities seemed off too. I checked the confirmation email, and from what I can tell, it definitely wasn’t what I picked, though I don’t have every step of the order saved or anything. Customer service took a while to respond, and it still didn’t get sorted out in time. Frustrating since the whole reason I ordered was because I needed everything to be right.
